Deputies, assisted by Fulton PD and MUSTANG, execute narcotics search warrant, arrest three after locating methamphetamine

SHERIFF’S OFFICE EXECUTES DRUG SEARCH WARRANT – METH LOCATED – THREE ARRESTED

Arrested person information:

Jeffrey Manion, 47, of Fulton

Serena Atkins, 21, of Fulton

Loretta Wimmer, 31, of Fulton

 

Narrative: 

On September 12, 2018 at 6:47 AM, the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office executed a Callaway County drug search warrant at a residence in the 1900 block of Dunham Drive in Fulton.  The warrant had been obtained as the result of a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office drug investigation.

The Fulton Police Department – Special Response Unit and the MUSTANG drug task force assisted with the subsequent search warrant execution.

During the search warrant execution; methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia was located.

Subsequently;

Jeffrey Manion, 47, of Fulton was arrested for FELONY Possession of a Controlled Substance

Serena Atkins, 21, of Fulton was arrested for FELONY Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia – Prior Offender

Loretta Wimmer, 31, of Fulton was arrested for Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia – Prior Offender

All three were transported to the Callaway County Jail, booked/processed, and later released on bond pending court appearance.
