Deputies arrest Williamsburg man for Fail to Register as a Sex Offender – 3rd or subsequent offense

WILLIAMSBURG MAN ARRESTED FOR FAILING TO REGISTER AS A SEX OFFENDER – 3rd OFFENSE

Arrested person information:

Joey Laswell, 48, of Williamsburg

Narrative:

On June 8, 2019, the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Joey Laswell, 48, of Williamsburg with the felony offense of Fail to Register as a Sex Offender – 3rd or subsequent offense.  The charge is the result of a criminal investigation conducted by the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office.

Laswell was arrested by Callaway County deputies on June 7, 2019 and then transported to the Callaway County Jail.  Laswell posted a $4,500 bond on June 8, 2019 upon the Prosecuting Attorney filing the charge and the Court setting bond.
