Deputies arrest two fugitives for methamphetamine after late night traffic stop outside of Fulton

** PROACTIVE SHERIFF’S OFFICE PATROLS OF THE COUNTY CONTINUE TO YIELD FELONY DRUG AND FUGITIVE ARRESTS **

Arrested person information:

Fabrina Amburn, 35, of Fulton

Herbert Hoehne, 46, of Columbia

 

Narrative:

On October 14, 2018 at 2:07 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies were proactively patrolling rural Callaway County.  During the proactive patrol, a deputy stopped a vehicle driven by Fabrina Amburn, 35, of Fulton on State Road KK west of Fulton for a traffic violation.  A vehicle passenger was identified as Herbert Hoehne, 46, of Columbia.

During the traffic stop investigation, Amburn and Hoehne were found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia related to the sale of drugs.  Furthermore, Amburn was found to be a wanted fugitive in Montgomery County for felony drug charges.  Both were arrested.

Amburn remains in-custody at the Callaway County Jail for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and the Montgomery County felony drug warrant.  Amburn is being held without bond pending a court bond setting.

Hoehne remains in-custody at the Callaway County Jail for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Hoehne is being held on a *court-set* bond of $5,000.00.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol assisted with the traffic stop investigation.
