Deputies arrest two for methamphetamine sales / firearm possession after investigation outside Holts Summit

RURAL AREA INVESTIGATION NEAR HOLTS SUMMIT NETS FELONY ARREST FOR DELIVERY OF DRUGS

Arrested person information:

Sierra Poire, 18, of Jefferson City

Issac Snider, 18, of Holts Summit

Narrative:

On July 28, 2019, at approximately 9:11 PM, the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office conducted a criminal investigation along County Road 4044, adjacent to State Road AA, outside of Holts Summit.  During the course of the investigation, deputies recovered methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia related to the delivery of drugs, and a firearm.

Sierra Poire, 18, of Jefferson City was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail.  Poire was booked/processed for Felony Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, Felony Unlawful Use of a Weapon, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Poire was later released pending Court appearance.

Issac Snider, 18, of Holts Summit was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail.  Snider was booked/processed for Possession of Marijuana.  Snider was later released pending Court appearance.
