Deputies arrest two for methamphetamine and other felony drug charges after two separate investigations

DEPUTIES NET TWO ADDITIONAL FELONY DRUG ARRESTS DURING OVERNIGHT RURAL COUNTY PATROLS

Arrested person information:

Issiah Sampson, 20, of Jefferson City, MO

Patrick Spencer, 43, of Columbia, MO

Narrative:

On July 13, 2019, at approximately 11:42 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was conducting patrols in the area of State Road M and Interstate 70 south of Hatton.  During the course of the patrols, Issiah Samspon, 20, of Jefferson City was stopped for a traffic violation.  Deputies subsequently recovered methamphetamine, a felony amount of marijuana, and synthetic cannabinoids.  Sampson was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail.  Sampson was booked/processed for Delivery of a Controlled Substance (three counts).

On July 14, 2019, at approximately 3:24 AM, a Callaway County deputy was conducting patrols in the area of County Road 323 and State Road F east of Millersburg.  During the course of the patrols, Patrick Spencer, 43, of Columbia was stopped for a traffic violation.  Deputies subsequently recovered methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.  Spencer was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail.  Spencer was booked/processed for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana. and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
