DEPUTIES ARREST STATE PAROLEE FOR FELONY THEFT, FORGERY, AND DRUG RELATED OFFENSES IN CALLAWAY COUNTY

Arrested person information:

Kenneth Allen, 29, of Steedman, MO

Narrative:

On January 6, 2020, the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Kenneth Allen, 29, of Steedman, MO with the felony offenses of Stealing (4th or subsequent offense) and Forgery.  Allen was also charged with a misdemeanor drug paraphernalia (meth related) offense.  Allen remains in-custody at the Callaway County Jail on $10,000 bond.

Allen was arrested by Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies on State Road O near Fulton on January 5, 2020.  The aforementioned charges are the result of ongoing investigations being conducted by the Sheriff’s Office in the Steedman, Calwood, and Fulton areas.

At the time of Allen’s arrest, he was under the (parole) supervision of the Missouri Board of Probation and Parole.

Of reference, Allen had been arrested by Callaway County deputies on June 22, 2019 for a Missouri Department of Corrections (MDOC) state warrant for then violating state parole.  However, Allen was not returned to a state prison as MDOC cancelled the parole warrant soon after deputies arrested him.
