Deputies arrest probation absconder after she walks away from the Department of Corrections Community Supervision Center

CALLAWAY COUNTY DEPUTIES ARREST SPRINGFIELD FUGITIVE FOR STATE PROBATION ABSCONDER WARRANT

Arrested person information:

Joann Sutton, 46, of Springfield, MO

Narrative:

On March 22, 2019, at approximately 3:11 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies located Joann Sutton, 46, of Springfield, M0 in the 1200 block of State Road O in Fulton.  Sutton was wanted reference a Missouri Department of Corrections – Probation Absconder (felony) warrant.

Earlier in the night (March 21, 2019) at 11:41 PM, law enforcement authorities were notified that Sutton had walked away from the MDOC Community Supervision Center at 1397 State Road O in Fulton.  Sutton was being held at the MDOC facility regarding past felony Dade County charges.  Subsequently, state authorities issued an arrest warrant for Sutton.

Sutton is being held without bond in the Callaway County Jail and will be returned to the custody of MDOC.
