Deputies arrest six for various felony offenses

PROACTIVE PATROLS AND INVESTIGATIONS NET SIX ADDITIONAL FELONY ARRESTS – DRUG, BURGLARY/THEFT, FUGITIVE OFFENSES

Randell Haymart, 47, of Fulton, MO

Kyle Edwards, 25, of Jefferson City

Kathleen Bley, 28, of Auxvasse, MO

Orion Mullins, 27, of Auxvasse, MO

Ashik Haque, 28, of Columbia, MO

Roy Farmer, 33, of Warrenton, MO

Narrative: 

On October 28, 2020, the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Randell Haymart, 47, of Fulton, MO with Delivery of a Controlled Substance (meth).  The charge is the result of an investigation conducted by Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies in the Fulton area on October 27, 2020 leading to Haymart’s arrest.  Haymart later posted bond and was released pending Court appearance.

On October 27, 2020, the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Kyle Edwards, 25, of Jefferson City, MO with Armed Criminal Action and Felony Assault.  The charges are the result of an investigation conducted by Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies in the area of State Road AA near Holts Summit on October 26, 2020.  Deputies arrested Edwards while investigating a disturbance call.  Edwards is being held in the Callaway County Jail pending bond posting.

On October 27, 2020, at approximately 2:38 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of State Road A near Bachelor.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located Kathleen Bley, 28, of Auxvasse, MO.  Bley was wanted reference Boone County felony warrants for unlawful firearm possession and property damage offenses.  Bley was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, and later transferred to the custody of the Boone County Jail.

On October 22, 2020, the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Orion Mullins, 27, of Auxvasse, MO with the felony offense of Making a Terrorist Threat.  The charge is the result of an investigation conducted by Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies in the Auxvasse area on October 21, 2020.  Mullins was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail.  Mullins remains in-custody pending bond posting.

On October 20, 2020, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in 3000 block of Old Highway 40 west of Kingdom City.  As the result of the investigation, deputies subsequently arrested Ashik Haque, 28, of Columbia for a felony Forgery offense.  Haque was transported to the Callaway County Jail, booked/processed, and later released with summons for Court appearance.

On October 20, 2020, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a follow-investigation reference a residential burglary that occurred in the New Bloomfield area during July, 2020.  As a result of the investigation, deputies subsequently arrested Roy Farmer, 33, of Warrenton, MO for the felony offenses of Burglary and Stealing.  Farmer was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later released after posting bond.
