Deputies arrest parole absconder outside of Millersburg during investigation

DEPUTIES ARREST STATE PAROLE VIOLATOR DURING INVESTIGATION NEAR MILLERSBURG

Arrested person information:

Carl Martin, 37, of Fulton

Narrative:

On May 22, 2019, at approximately 5:13 p.m., Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the 3000 block of Nicole Lane near Millersburg.  During the course of the investigation, deputies subsequently located Carl Martin, 37, of Fulton.  Martin was wanted by the Missouri Department of Corrections for state parole violations.  Martin was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail.  Martin is being held without bond and will be returned to the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections.
