Deputies arrest North Carolina man for felony controlled substance after investigation outside of Fulton

DEPUTIES ROUND-OUT WEEKEND PATROLS WITH THIRD FELONY DRUG ARREST

Arrested person information:

Kyle Idler, 26, of Greensboro, NC

Narrative:

On July 14, 2019, at approximately 11:42 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was proactively patrolling the area of State Road F and US Highway 54.  During the course of the patrol, the deputy stopped Kyle Idler, 26, of Greensboro, NC for a traffic violation.  During the course of the traffic stop, the deputy located felony controlled substances (containing tetrahydrocannabinol) and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.

Idler was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail where he was booked/processed for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
