Deputies arrest multi-county fugitive who tried to provide a false identity during traffic stop outside of Fulton

PROACTIVE COUNTY ROAD PATROL NETS FELON WANTED IN THREE COUNTIES

Arrested person information:

Trevor Ridgway, 31, of Fulton

Narrative:

On February 9, 2019, at approximately 9:15 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies were proactively patrolling the area of County Road 304 and County Road 305.  During the proactive patrol, deputies stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation.  Deputies subsequently identified Trevor Ridgway, 31, of Fulton as a vehicle occupant.  Ridgway attempted to provide deputies with a false identity to avoid capture.

Deputies determined that Ridgway had six (6) warrants for his arrest out of Callaway, Boone and Cole counties.  The referenced warrant charges included Probation Violation – Domestic Assault, Felony Property Damage, DWI, and traffic offenses.

Ridgway was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail where he is being held without bond, per the Court’s directive.
