Deputies arrest Holts Summit man on federal drug charges after traffic stop in Holts Summit

HOLTS SUMMIT AREA PATROL RESULTS IN FELONY ARREST FOR FEDERAL DRUG CHARGE

Arrested person information: 

Brian Robinson, 34, of Holts Summit

Narrative:

On April 3, 2018 at approximately 4:37 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was patrolling the Holts Summit area.  During the patrol, while on West Simon Drive in Holts Summit, the deputy stopped a vehicle reference an ongoing narcotics investigation.

During the course of the traffic stop, a vehicle passenger was identified as Brian Robinson, 34, of Holts Summit.  At the time, Robinson was wanted by federal authorities for a federal drug charge.  Subsequently, the deputy took Robinson into custody and he was then transferred to the custody of federal authorities.

The Callaway County Sheriff’s Office K9 unit assisted with the traffic stop investigation.
