Deputies arrest Holts Summit man for felony narcotics possession after Holts Summit patrol

HOLTS SUMMIT AREA DEPUTY PATROLS LEAD TO ANOTHER FELONY DRUG ARREST

Arrested person information:

Zachary Horn, 21, of Holts Summit

Narrative:

On May 8, 2019, at approximately 9:05 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was proactively patrolling the Holts Summit area.  During the patrol, the deputy stopped Zachary Horn, 21, of Holts Summit for a traffic violation near the South Summit Drive – US Highway 54 interchange south of Holts Summit.

During the course of the traffic stop investigation, a felony controlled substance was located.  Horn was arrested for felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and transported to the Callaway County Jail in Fulton.  Horn later posted a $4,500 bond and was released pending Court appearance.
