Deputies arrest Holts Summit man for controlled substance after narcotics related search warrant in Holts Summit

DRUG SEARCH WARRANT IN HOLTS SUMMIT NETS FELONY ARREST

Arrested person information:

Dustin Brennan, 30, of Holts Summit

Narrative:

On September 3, 2019, at 6:41 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputes – assisted by the Holts Summit Police Department, Fulton Police Department – Special Response Unit, and the MUSTANG drug task force, executed a drug related search warrant in the 300 block of South Summit Drive in Holts Summit.  The warrant had been obtained as the result of a joint-investigation by the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office and the Cole County Sheriff’s Office.

Dustin Brennan, 30, of Holts Summit was arrested by deputies for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Brennan was transported to the Callaway County Jail for booking/processing.  Brennan was later released on a summons for later appearance in Court (pursuant to new bonding rules).
