Deputies arrest Fulton woman for failing to appear in court related to felony narcotics charge

DEPUTIES ARREST FULTON WOMAN FOR FAILING TO APPEAR IN COURT REFERENCE FELONY DRUG CHARGE

Arrested person information:

Vivien Peters, 44, of Fulton

Narrative:

On July 5, 2019, at approximately 2:53 AM, Callaway County deputies conducted a wanted person investigation in the 4000 block of County Road 227, west of Fulton.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located Vivien Peters, 44, of Fulton.  Peters was wanted reference a felony Callaway County failure to appear warrant (original charge – felony drug possession – investigated by CCSO in February, 2019).  Additionally, two traffic warrants had been issued for Peters’ arrest.  Peters was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail where she is being held on $2,107.50 bond.
