On November 28, 2017 at 5:36 p.m., Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies investigated a citizen report of suspicious activity in the 10000 block of State Road C near Mokane. Upon the arrival of deputies, they made contact with Michael Fox, 34, of Fulton. During the course of the investigation, the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office K9 unit responded to assist. Fox was found to be in possession of two different felony controlled substances and was subsequently arrested. Fox was transported to the Callaway County Jail where he remains on probable cause charges of Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (two counts), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving While Revoked. Fox is being held pending on a court-set bond of $9,500.00.
