Deputies arrest Fulton man for Tampering with Motor Vehicle 1st after stolen vehicle investigation

PROSECUTING ATTORNEY CHARGES FULTON MAN WITH VEHICLE THEFT OFFENSE AFTER SHERIFF’S OFFICE INVESTIGATION

Arrested person information:

Timothy Michalek, 19, of Fulton

Narrative:

On June 28, 2019, the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Timothy Michalek, 19, of Fulton with the felony offense of Tampering with a Motor Vehicle 1st.  Michalek was arrested by Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies on June 27, 2019.  Michalek remains in-custody at the Callaway County Jail on $4,500 bond.

The aforementioned charge and arrest is the result of an investigation conducted by deputies reference the theft of a vehicle from a residence in the 5000 block of County Road 204 near Fulton.
