Deputies arrest Fulton man for methamphetamine possession

DEPUTIES MAKE ANOTHER METH ARREST DURING WEEKEND COUNTY ROAD PATROLS

Cody Evans, 27, of Fulton

Narrative:

On April 9, 2018 at approximately 2:00 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was patrolling County Road 401 outside of Fulton. During the patrol, the deputy stopped a vehicle driven by Cody Evans, 27, of Fulton for a traffic violation.

During the course of the traffic stop investigation, Evans was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Other items related to the sale/use of drugs were located. Evans was arrested for FELONY Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth), Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving While Revoked.

Evans was transported to the Callaway County Jail where he was booked/processed for the aforementioned probable cause charges. Evans was transported to the Callaway County Jail where he later posted a COURT SET bond of $5,000.00.
