Deputies arrest Fulton man for marijuana, methamphetamine possession after traffic stop near Millersburg

ANOTHER METH ARREST MADE DURING PROACTIVE DEPUTY PATROLS OF COUNTY

Arrested person information:

Vincent Wagner, 33, of Fulton

 

Narrative: 

On July 7, 2018 at 9:03 AM, Callaway County deputies were patrolling county roadways in the Fulton and Millersbug area.  During the patrol, deputies stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation near the intersection of County Road 217 and State Road HH.  During the course of the traffic stop investigation, the vehicle driver was identified as Vincent Wagner, 33, of Fulton.

Deputies determined that Wagner was in possession of methamphetamine and marijuana.

Wagner was taken to the Callaway County Jail for booking / processing.  Later on the arrest date, the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Wagner for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth), Possession of Marijuana, and Driving While Revoked.  Wagner is being held on a court-set bond of $10,000.00.
