Deputies arrest Fulton man for delivery of a controlled substance, two others arrested for drug related offenses

DEPUTIES ARREST FULTON MAN FOR DELIVERY OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE AFTER SEARCH WARRANT EXECUTION – TWO OTHERS ARRESTED FOR DRUG RELATED OFFENSES NEAR HOLTS SUMMIT AND MILLERSBURG

Timothy Brauner, 27, of Fulton

Norman Goins, 41, of Holts Summit

Kelsey Dannenmueller, 31, of Fulton

Narrative:

On June 6, 2019, at 5:59 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies – assisted by the Fulton Police Department and MUSTANG drug task force – executed a drug search warrant in the 200 block of West 7th Street in Fulton.  The search warrant had been obtained as the result of a drug investigation conducted by the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office.  Methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia was recovered.

Deputies subsequently arrested Timothy Brauner, 27, of Fulton for felony Delivery of a Controlled Substance, felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, felony Resisting Arrest, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Brauner posted a $15,000 bond and was released.

On June 5, 2019, at 11:56 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies – assisted by the Holts Summit Police Department – conducted an investigation in the 700 block of Branch Road near Holts Summit.  During the investigation, deputies arrested Norman Goins, 41, of Holts Summit for a Callaway County felony warrant (probation violation) for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Goins was transported to the Callaway County Jail and is being held on $10,000 cash bond.

On June 5, 2019, at 9:02 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a traffic stop near State Road WW and County Road 350, west of Millersburg.  During the course of the stop, deputies contacted Kelsey Dannenmueller, 31, of Fulton.  Dannenmueller was subsequently arrested for Possession of Drug (Meth) Paraphernalia and a felony Boone County warrant for criminal non-support.  Deputies arrested Dannenmueller and later transferred him to the custody of the Boone County Jail.
