Deputies arrest Fulton man after investigating Auxvasse burglary

SHERIFF’S OFFICE INVESTIGATION OF AUXVASSE BURGLARY LEADS TO ARREST OF FULTON MAN

Arrested person information:

Robert Lowe, 40, of Fulton

Narrative: 

On May 15, 2018, the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Robert Lowe, 40, of Fulton with Felony – Burglary 1st degree and Property Damage 2nd.  The charges are the result of a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office investigation conducted in Auxvasse on April 25, 2018.

At the time of the initial investigation, a resident reported a male subject had entered their home and stole items from within.  Throughout the following days, deputies followed-up on leads and indentified Robert Lowe as a suspect.  On May 14, 2018, Lowe was located on DNM Drive west of Auxvasse and arrested.

Lowe remains in the custody of the Callaway County Jail pending a COURT SET bond of $5,000.00.  Lowe is further being held reference a Jefferson City municipal warrant for Fraud with a bond of $1,287.50 cash.
