Deputies arrest Fulton fugitive for drug paraphernalia and felony probation violation warrant

DEPUTIES ARREST WANTED FULTON MAN FOR FELONY PROBATION VIOLATION WARRANT AND DRUG PARAPHERNALIA

Arrested person information:

Charles Bentley, 55, of Fulton

Narrative:

On January 29, 2019, at approximately 7:07 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the 3000 block of Hiltop Drive near Fulton.
During the course of the investigation, deputies came into contact with Charles Bentley, 55, of Fulton. On January 23, 2019, the Circuit Court of Callaway County had issued a felony warrant for Bentley’s arrest – probation violation on the original charge of felony assault.

Deputies subsequently took Bentley into custody and found him to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. Bentley was transported to the Callaway County Jail where he remains incarcerated on a *court set* bond of $10,000.00 cash only.
