Deputies arrest Fulton female for narcotics possession after investigating disturbance

DEPUTIES MAKE ANOTHER FELONY DRUG ARREST DURING OVERNIGHT INVESTIGATION NEAR STEPHENS

Shey Todd, 39, of Fulton

Narrative: 

On May 18, 2018 at 1:11 a.m., Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies investigated a reported disturbance in the 1800 block of Old Highway 40 near Stephens in northwest Callaway County.  During the disturbance investigation, deputies came into contact with Shey Todd, 39, of Fulton.

As the investigation continued, it was determined that Todd was a wanted person in Callaway County for traffic offenses and Boone County for violation of a court order.  Deputies subsequently took Todd into custody for the respective Callaway and Boone County warrants and then found her to be in possession of a felony controlled substance.

Todd was transported to the Callaway County Jail where she was booked/processed for the aforementioned warrants and an additional probable cause offense of FELONY Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Todd later posted a COURT SET bond of $5,493.50.00 and was released pending court appearances.
