Deputies arrest four on various felony charges between May 19 and May 24

PROACTIVE PATROLS CONTINUE TO NET FELONY ARRESTS; INCLUDING ILLINOIS FUGITIVE WANTED FOR DRUG AND FIREARM OFFENSES

Arrested person information:

Corie Coleman, 42, of Urbana, IL

Brian Blanker, 36, of Pueblo, CO

Stacy Moore, 48, of Auxvasse, MO

Harley Mantle, 37, of Kingdom City, MO

Narrative:

On May 24, 2020, at approximately 4:52 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a criminal investigation near the County Road 210 – US Highway 54 intersection north of Fulton.  During the course of the investigation, deputies contacted Corie Coleman, 42, of Urbana, IL.  Coleman was a wanted fugitive in the State of Illinois for felony offenses of Delivering Drugs and Armed Habitual Criminal.  Coleman was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail where he remains in custody pending extradition to the State of Illinois.

On May 20, 2020, at approximately 1:53 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a criminal investigation near the US Highway 54 – Interstate 70 interchange in Kingdom City.  During the course of the investigation, deputies contacted Brian Blanker, 36, of Pueblo, CO.  Blanker was found to possess several felony level controlled substances, including heroin.  Blanker was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail.  The Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Blanker with two felony counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Blanker remains incarcerated on $5,000 bond.

On May 19, 2020, at approximately 12:59 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a criminal investigation in the 6000 block of County Road 2002 near the Audrain County line.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located Stacy Moore, 48, of Auxvasse, MO.  Moore was wanted reference a Callaway County felony warrant for Probation Violation (original charge – Possession of a Controlled Substance).  Moore was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail where he is being held on $10,000 cash bond.

On May 24, 2020, at approximately 7:52 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a criminal investigation the 2000 block of North Business 54 in Fulton.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located Harley Mantle, 37, of Kingdom City.  Mantle was wanted reference a Missouri Department of Corrections felony probation violation (Audrain County offense) warrant.  Mantle was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail where he remains in custody without bond, pending later Court bond review.
