Deputies arrest four for various felony offenses for investigations around Callaway County

DEPUTIES CONTINUE TO MAKE NUMEROUS FELONY ARRESTS ACROSS THE COUNTY FOR THEFT, DRUG, AND SEXUAL ABUSE RELATED OFFENSES.

Arrested person information:

Anthoney Jenkins, 27, of Fulton

Mitchell Suhr, 30, of Columbia

Darren Yancey, 31, of Fulton

Dustin Hook, 33, of Fulton

 

Narrative:

On December 6, 2019, the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Anthoney Jenkins, 27, of Fulton with the felony offenses of Sodomy/Attempted Sodomy and Assault.  The charges are the result of an investigation conducted by the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office in the Millersburg area.  Deputies arrested Jenkins on December 6, 2019 at 6:29 AM and transported him to the Callaway County Jail where he remains in-custody pending $25,000 bond.

On December 7, 2019, the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Mitchell Suhr, 30, of Columbia with the felony offenses of Burglary and Stealing.  The charges are the result of an investigation conducted by the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office on County Road 121 in the Kingdom City area.  Deputies arrested Suhr on December 6, 2019 at 10:00 AM.  Suhr remains in-custody at the Callaway County Jail pending $30,000 bond.

On December 7, 2019, the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Darren Yancey, 31, of Fulton with the felony offense of Tampering with a Motor Vehicle, in addition to misdemeanor property damage, trespassing, and leaving the scene of an accident offenses.  The charges are the result of an investigation conducted by the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office on Old Highway 40 in the Kingdom City area.  Deputies arrested Yancey on December 6, 2019 at 10:39 AM and transported him to the Callaway County Jail where he remains in-custody pending $10,000 bond.

At the time of Yancey’s arrest, he was under the supervision of the Missouri Department of Corrections – Board of Probation and Parole for past felony theft related offenses.

On December 7, 2019, the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Dustin Hook, 33, of Fulton with the felony offenses of Tampering with a Motor Vehicle, Resisting Arrest, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth), and Property Damage, in addition to misdemeanor charges of trespassing and leaving the scene of an accident.  The charges are the result of an investigation conducted by the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office on Old Highway 40 in the Kingdom City area.  Deputies arrested Hook on December 6, 2019 at 2:24 PM and transported him to the Callaway County Jail where he remains in-custody pending $20,000 bond.

At the time of Hook’s arrest, he was under the supervision of the Missouri Department of Corrections – Board of Probation and Parole for past felony theft related offenses.
