Deputies arrest five for felons during previous week patrols and investigations

PROACTIVE PATROLS AND INVESTIGATIONS OVER THE PAST WEEK NET FIVE FOR FELONY DRUG OFFENSES

Arrested person information:

Sreyvout Sing, 34, of Columbia, MO

Christopher Robinson, 29, of Fulton, MO

Travis McDonald, 46, of Mokane, MO

James Martin-Lucas, 25, of New Bloomfield, MO

Stacy Moore, 49, of Auxvasse, MO

Narrative: 

On August 22, 2020, at approximately 10:30 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was proactively patrolling the area of State Road Z and State Road A near Interstate 70.  During the patrol, the deputy stopped Sreyvout Sing, 34, of Columbia, MO for a traffic violation.  Methamphetamine was subsequently located during the traffic stop investigation.  Sing was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and transported to the Callaway County Jail.  Sing was later released with summons for Court appearance.

On August 20, 2020, at approximately 3:42 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was proactively patrolling the area of State Road F.  During the patrol, the deputy stopped Christopher Robinson, 29, of Fulton, MO for a traffic violation.  A felony level controlled substance was located.  Robinson was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and transported to the Callaway County Jail.  Robinson was later released with summons for Court appearance.

On August 18, 2020, at approximately 4:30 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of County Road 455 near Mokane.  During the course of the investigation, deputies arrested Travis McDonald, 46, of Mokane, MO for a federal warrant (federal drug charge).  The warrant had been issued at the result of an ongoing investigation involving the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office and United States Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (“ATF”).  McDonald was transported to the Callaway County Jail and later transferred to the custody of federal authorities.

On August 18, 2020, at approximately 3:33 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of State Road TT near New Bloomfield.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located James Martin-Lucas, 25, of New Bloomfield, MO.  Martin-Lucas was subsequently arrested for a Callaway County warrant for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Martin-Lucas was transported to the Callaway County Jail where he later posted bond pending Court appearance.

On August 18, 2020, at approximately 1:18 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of County Road 2002 near the Audrain County line.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located Stacy Moore, 49, of Auxvasse, MO.  Moore was subsequently arrested for a Callaway County probation violation warrant (original charge – Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance).  Moore was transported to the Callaway County Jail where h remains in-custody pending bond posting.
