Deputies arrest female for narcotic sales near a school

CALLAWAY COUNTY DEPUTIES MAKE ARREST FOR SALE OF NARCOTICS NEAR A SCHOOL

Arrested person information: 

Christina Mysliwiec, 35, of Fulton

Narrative: 

On March 5, 2018 at 1:14 p.m., a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy stopped a vehicle on North Business 54 near State Road Z in Fulton reference an ongoing narcotics investigation.  As a result of the traffic stop, a vehicle passenger, Christina Mysliwiec, 35, of Fulton was arrested.

At the time of the traffic stop, Mysliwiec was wanted on a Callaway County FELONY warrant for Delivery of a Controlled Substance near a School.   The Callaway County Grand Jury had indicted Mysliwiec for the offense, resulting in a judge issuing an arrest warrant.  The indictment was the result of a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office narcotics investigation involving the sale of a controlled substance near a Fulton public elementary school.

Mysliwiec was transported to the Callaway County Jail where she later posted a COURT SET bond of $25,000.00.
