Deputies arrest Columbia man for methamphetamine possession after Hatton traffic stop

PROACTIVE DEPUTY PATROL OF RURAL CALLAWAY COUNTY NETS ANOTHER METH ARREST

Arrested person information:

Jacques Breen, 39, of Columbia

Narrative:

On March 19, 2019, at approximately 12:19 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was proactively patrolling State Road M north of Interstate 70 in the Hatton area.  During the patrol, the deputy stopped Jacques Breen, 39, of Columbia for a traffic violation.

During the traffic stop investigation, the deputy determined Breen possessed methamphetamine and a second felony controlled substance.

Breen remains incarcerated in the Callaway County Jail for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (two counts) and traffic offenses.  Breen is being held on a *court set* bond of $20,000.00.
