Callaway County Prosecutor charges Holts Summit man with Child Molestation after Sheriff’s Office investigation

PROSECUTING ATTORNEY CHARGES HOLTS SUMMIT MAN WITH CHILD MOLESTATION AFTER SHERIFF’S OFFICE INVESTIGATION

Arrested person information:

Zachary Phillips, 29, of Holts Summit

Narrative:

The Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Zachary Phillips, 29, of Holts Summit with the felony offense of Child Molestation 1st (three counts).  Phillips was arrested by Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies near Holts Summit on September 24, 2019 and transported to the Callaway County Jail.  Phillips is being held without bond, pending further review of the Court.    The charges are the result of a criminal investigation conducted by the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office in the Holts Summit area.
