Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charges Fulton man with child sex crimes after lengthy Sheriff’s Office investigation

PROSECUTING ATTORNEY CHARGES FULTON MAN WITH CHILD SEX CRIMES FOLLOWING SHERIFF’S OFFICE INVESTIGATION

Arrested person information:

Patrick Metcalf, 53, of Fulton

Narrative: 

On June 27, 2018, the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Patrick Metcalf, 53, of Fulton with the felony offenses of:

  • Statutory Rape 1st Degree – Victim < 12 (two counts)
  • Statutory Sodomy 1st Degree – Victim > 12 (two counts)
  • Tampering with a Victim in a Felony Prosecution (two counts)

The afore mentioned charges came after an extensive investigation conducted by the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office, in conjunction with the State of Missouri Children’s Division.

Metcalf was arrested by Callaway County deputies on June 27, 2018 and is being held in the Callaway County Jail without bond, per a judge’s order.

The investigation is continuing and further charges could be filed at a later date.
