Auxvasse man charged with felony stealing after Sheriff’s Office investigation in Kingdom City

PROSECUTING ATTORNEY CHARGES AUXVASSE MAN WITH FELONY STEALING AFTER SHERIFF’S OFFICE INVESTIGATION IN KINGDOM CITY

Arrested person information:

Michael Carroll Jr., 44, of Auxvasse

Narrative:

On May 17, 2019, the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Michael Carroll Jr., 44, of Auxvasse with the criminal offense of Felony Stealing – 4th or subsequent offense.  The charge is the result of a criminal investigation conducted by the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office on May 16, 2019 in the 5000 block of Jade Road in Kingdom City.  Deputies subsequently recovered stolen property and arrested Carroll Jr. in the 3000 block of Gold Road, Kingdom City.

Carroll Jr. remains in-custody at the Callaway County Jail on $20,000 bond.
